Terms of Service

Last updated August 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of 212revival.com and any gift you make through it. The site is operated by The Refining Co., a registered nonprofit corporation. 212 Revival and 212 Generation are ministries of The Refining Co. By using this site or making a gift, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

212 Revival exists to put the 212 curriculum and a Bible into the hands of students and ministries that could not otherwise afford them. Gifts made here fund that work. Questions about these terms go to info@212revival.com.

Gifts are final

A gift to 212 Revival is a charitable donation, and donations are final and non-refundable. When you give, your gift is put to work funding students. We are not able to reverse it afterward, and we do not offer refunds on charitable gifts.

The one exception is a genuine processing error on our side, such as a duplicate charge or a charge for an amount you did not authorize. Write to us and we will correct it.

Please give with that in mind, and give only what you intend to give. If you are unsure about an amount, write to us before giving rather than after.

Recurring gifts

If you set up a recurring monthly gift, it continues until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time by writing to info@212revival.com, and we will stop it before the next scheduled charge. Cancelling stops future gifts; it does not refund gifts already made.

How gifts are used

We direct gifts to the purpose described at the time of giving. Sponsorship gifts fund curriculum and Bibles for students. Where a specific need is already met, or where a gift exceeds what a named need requires, we apply the balance to the nearest comparable need so that no gift sits idle. We retain discretion over the specific students and ministries served.

Sponsoring a student does not create a relationship with, or any right of contact with, a particular student.

Receipts and tax treatment

We send a receipt for every gift, showing the amount and date. Please keep it for your records. We do not provide tax advice; talk to your own tax advisor about how a gift should be treated on your return.

Text messages

We text only donors who have expressly asked us to, either by checking the consent box when giving or by telling a member of our staff directly. Messages are gift confirmations, updates on the students your gift sponsored, and replies to your questions.

Message frequency varies and is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of giving. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Refining Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a gift is limited to the amount of that gift. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
